Function
The suspension system has three basic inter-related functions that allow for a flexible link between the wheels and the chassis:
- it supports the vehicle's weight;
- it maintains wheels in contact with the road;
- it reduces the effects of bumps and rough roads

Maintenance
A visual inspection and chassis lubrication are recommended with every oil change. A detailed annual inspection of the suspension components is also recommended.
